The Goal:

To build a functional, portable IoT-based system that monitors real-time crowd flow using IR sensors and servo-controlled barriers. The aim is to ensure accurate headcount tracking and remote monitoring through Arduino Cloud with minimal hardware.

Faced challenges with sensor precision, servo timing, and maintaining stable IoT Cloud connectivity. Also tackled power regulation issues and optimized component placement for a compact, functional demo.
